Reliance Trends — customer service at nagercoil trends

This sunday evening (16.09.2018 i visited reliance trends at nagercoil opp gopala pillai hospital. It was advertised via audio and many placards that on the event of ganesh chathurthi on a purchase of rs. 2999/- coupons worth rs. 2000/- will be given as gift and for a purchase of rs. 4999/- and above a laopala set worth rs. 1752/- will be given as a gift. The same was repeatedly informed vide the inshop audio system apart from the advt. Inside the shop.
We went in the idea of purchasing one or two formals for my daughter.

On hearing/seeing the advt. We purchased for around rs. 5500/- and after billing the cash incharge coolly informed us that there is no stock and asked to come after 10 days to collect the same. As i was from coimbatore i enquired whether the same may be obtained from cbe trends. He simply refused that it cannot be issued at cbe. He didn't bother to give a proper reply. I enquired if there is no stock why they are repeatedly advertising he simply said that it was not his duty. I enquired then what is the solution for this he gave an irresponse reply that it is our problem.

In case if there is no stock, the same has to be refilled immediately. Do they think that for a gift you are offering we have to visit your shop repeatedly. The main thing i cannot understand is that if there is no stock why you are advertising and if the same cannot be refilled immediately don't advertise.in case if the cash in charge asked me to come on the next day it is ok. If you are not able to offer your gift the next day do you people think that we have to visit your stores repeatedly for the gift.

The only thing i can't understand is i have visited reliance shops at erode, coimbatore, tirunelveli and nagercoil, the sales personnel/cash in charge are all the same who are highly irresponsible or the management instructs them like that. Whenever i visit a reliance 90% of the time i see atleast one customer arguing with reliance personnel. I had a very worst experience at nagercoil trends and our entire sunday holiday mood was spoiled because of the treatment we received.

The people at reliance are treating the customers like they are their creditors and we have to purchase whatever they offer irrelevant to the treatment of their personnel. Finally i have come to conclusion to avoid reliance entirely in the future.

Day before yesterday they sent a reply mail that they will return back to me within 48 hours and they didn't bother to keep up the time limit or to reply to my grievance.
