Reliance Trends — Didn't honour the discount

Hello Team,

I visited your Reliance Trends store at Nakkalagutta, Hanmakonda, Telangana on 12/12/25 around 5:30 pm
At the store, there was a clear display showing “30% Off – Basics”.

However, when I selected items from Basics, the staff informed me that the offer had expired and refused to provide the discount. The discount signage was still visible to customers, which amounts to misleading pricing, as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

When I requested clarification, the store manager was unresponsive and dismissive, and did not provide any explanation or solution.

I request your support to:
1. Honor the discount that was displayed, or
2. Provide a clear written explanation for the misleading signage and the manager’s behavior.
