Reliance Trends — False Commitment and Unprofessional Behaviour | |||
Incident: I shopped footware in Reliance Trends on 11th of September. On the billing counter, it was informed me that the system is down due to technical glitches and they will not be able to do the billing. They said we will keep your order aside and give you a call once the system is up. They were not sure even the system will up by tomorrow. I agreed and told them once the system will be up I will come and do the billing. I had not received any response from Reliance Trends in whole one week. I visited once again on 18th Sep and found the shopped product were now unavailable. When I raised a concern to one of the senior Mr. Sandeep. He very conveniently said that we were busy in mystery audit and hence could not keep your order aside and give you a call back. My concern: 1. Why they have to hide in audits that the system was down and hence the orders were kept aside. This is just misguiding the audits. 2. The Reliance Trends Nallasopara West outlet was not busy in audit but they were busy in hiding their flaws. 3. Instead of giving false commitments, they could work on better solutions. If the system is down Reliance can not closed down on sales/business saying sorry you cannot purchase because the system is down. They could stop using lame excuses for not working. 4. My 3 year old has to suffer because of their false commitments and unprofessional behaviour. Was this information helpful? | |||
