Reliance Trends — I didn't receive dungaree and only t-shirt delivered

Hello I just received my parcel nd dungaree is missing . I ordered sweater and a dungaree from which I only got T-shirt nd sweater. I just wanna get my dungaree or wanna replace the product...
Please solve the problem

I called customer care and they are saying that their system is down and call them later. I want my money back or I will return the product
