Reliance Trends — item returned to store but till now no cash has been returned to us

Dear sir/madam,

I had returned one item to your reliance trends store in the month of april 2017 however instead of returning my money, store gave me one reliance life time card number [protected] & said that ""when ever you will visit next time to the store carry this card with you and on your next purchase we will adjust the said money as the money is stored in the said card"".

I visited the store few times thenafter however now they are asking me to contact customer care as no money is showing in the said card as validity of money is only for 30 days & i need to follow up with customer care... I did that as well but till date no resolution had been provided.

Request you to please help me returning my money. Attached is the reliance card for your kind reference.
