Reliance Trends — Loss of Redemption coupon | |||
My card number is [protected] On 1st Nov 15 I purchased for Rs 7200/= for which I got redemption coupon of Rs 2000/=. I lost the coupon during recent flood in December in Chennai. Fortunately I saved the bill (refer attachment). I approached Shop Manager Mr Karthik Balakrishnan to get the help in this regard. He mailed to customer care of reliance trends (karthik.[protected]@ril.com) requesting them to clear for giving redemption with reference to Bill which I have. There was no reply from customer care. The last for redemption was extended to 22nd Dec 15 and then to 27th Dec 15. On 22nd Dec 15, I also mailed from my mail id to customer care asking for help. There was no reply. On 27th Dec 15, I went to shop and along with shop manager, I called customer care by phone. The replied that they will be taking action with 24 hours, but till today there are no action. Today when I called customer service, they informed again the action will be taken with 24 hours. They said the reference no is 1261737. In this regard, kindly do the needful to provide me Rs 2000/= redemption with reference to the bill which I have. Was this information helpful? | |||
