Reliance Trends — Non refund of cash back promised by the company | |||
I purchased some out fits for Rs 5009.00 on 8/8/15 from Reliance Trends, No.45, Himalaya arcade, Bangalore. While purchasing, they announced a 10% cash back if I pay the amount through State Bank Debit card. They also told that the amount will be credited to my account in the last week of that month. I was waiting till 14/9/15. Same day I made a complaint to their customer care vide token No.2284146. The customer care executive told me that amount will be credited with in 7 working days. After waiting for 10 days, I again called customer care and they told tat it will be credited next day. After 2 days, when I called them, they told tat one fresh complaint to be raised and I have to wait for another 7 working days. After so many arguments, the customer care executive connected me to his senior namely Mr.Gopal. He told me that Reliance will not remit my amount until unless I approach State bank and request them. Then I talked to one Mr. Amar, Manager of customer team. He asked me to send the mini statement of my bank account. The same I emaild to him twice on 29/9/15 which he is telling that not received. I dont know if I resend the mail what is the guaranty that they will receive it?? Then I asked him to provide the mailing address so that I can send my statement through mail. To my surprise, he told me that Reliance customer care is not having any mailing address. Please advise me how can I get back my cash which is offered by them. Was this information helpful? | |||
