[Resolved]  Reliance Trends — refund not done

Hi Sir, Ma'am,

I have ordered a Genuine Leather Panelled Slip-On Shoes from RelianceTrends.com worth Rs. of 1599 on 14th of November 2018. Because of Size issue I didn't like the product and cancelled it. The delivery boy has came to my doorstep and has taken back my Shoes next day. On 21st of Nov 2018, I got a message from RelianceTrends.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 business days"

I waited till 10th of December but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called RelianceTrends.com many time and the way they responded that it will get refunded. Always they respond that I will get call for my resolution but till now I haven’t got any call.
I again called them and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that Refund will been done from Reliance. When I say raise a ticket regarding my issue to your higher management, They do that but next moment I get the same mail in which they mention the same thing .
“Hi Vijay,

I tried reaching you on [protected] and [protected] but were unsuccessful as there was no response.

We see that you have a concern in regards to the refund for the order ID: TR08877856, we apologize for the inconvenience faced.

We would like to inform that we are working on the complaint registered with complaint ID: COM[protected] to provide you with a solution at the earliest, request you provide us with 2 business days, so we can get back to you with an update.”

Reliance is not even interested to refund my money. I am pretty sure the problem is from Reliance.com end.

Sir, I am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue. I will be very thankful to you. Below are few more details:
