I had a balance of 550+ until 25 Sept, 2015 .However the outgoing calls stopped and I was getting a message "This service is currently unavailable.Please try again later" .Surprisingly, on 30 Sept, the call to customer care was received where they took more than 20 minutes to tell me that they cannot tell me where my balance had gone and gave me vague figures like Rs 120 was for calling on roaming and Rs150 for internet charges. The rest account information was not given by them and they told me to be online while they would transfer their call to someone else, which was not picked up even after 18 minutes.The balance on 30 Sept till 12am in morning was Rs78. I then decided to recharge. I recharged Rs 500 talk time, Rs 289 3G service and Rs 51 for roaming pack.On that day I made calls for only 5 minutes while used data nearly 100 mb. Now the outgoing calls stopped connecting from 2nd after which I switched off my phone due to exams. I switched on my phone on 9th Oct when I saw that i had a balance of only 78 rs while my data was completely exhausted. I have been calling the customer care from past 3 days where they at last told me to go to a Reliance Store to check the information as they were not able to give it. When I went there I was told that stores don't handle prepaid complaint requests and they cannot tell me where my money was deducted. Now when I called today i.e.11 Oct MR IRSHAN from customer care Reliance tells me that they have records of only the past three days and they cannot tell me about what happened in the past 10 days. Is this what you call customer care? Please look in this matter as soon as you can. I have attached the photographs of the latest balance and data records, along with the recharge confirmations.
