Reliance — Unauthorized charges

I have reliance no [protected], today when i see my main balance rs.1.33 something, but on last week it was around 8 rs & but i switch off for one week.no use any serivce.through this i msg received that charged 1 rs for VAS, this happen i think 3-4 times in my a/c, i complaint first time, reliance company refunded my balance but when they see that i have money in my a.c then they deduct again & again, second time i mail then they never reply..or refunded my balance (i have also proof of mails)&

and i again rehcarge last week this problem again start...
