[Resolved]  Reliance — Unfair billing and bad service

I have been a reliance customer for more than a year. Recently my 3g dongle services was deactivated and migrated to 4g wi-pod. The service has been extremely poor, and since mid of july there was no connection.
More than 4 times i have called the customer care which replied that the problem would be resolved within two days.
Frustrated, i told them to deactivate it in the first week of august. I was told until the connection gets resolved they cannot process the request. Then i received a bill amounting to more than 5000. Usually i pay less than 650.
Today, 15th of august, i complained again.
I do not know how they would resolve it.

I requested termination of service on 15th of August. I received on 30th of the same month that it has been terminated . Now again i receive a bill on September. The customer care in a very sycophant way asks me to pay as if I hadn't already terminated the account.Then asks me why am I closing the service. Please see to that I don't go on receiving bills for a terminated account.
