[Resolved] Reliance — Unfair billing and bad service | |||||
I have been a reliance customer for more than a year. Recently my 3g dongle services was deactivated and migrated to 4g wi-pod. The service has been extremely poor, and since mid of july there was no connection. More than 4 times i have called the customer care which replied that the problem would be resolved within two days. Frustrated, i told them to deactivate it in the first week of august. I was told until the connection gets resolved they cannot process the request. Then i received a bill amounting to more than 5000. Usually i pay less than 650. Today, 15th of august, i complained again. I do not know how they would resolve it. The bill complaint no.
