Respected sir, with due respect i want to inform you that i have been charged 120 rupees for a fake reason.my data card number is [protected].this month when i submitted money for my advance rental plan at reliance store opposite shubham cinema, lucknow, uttar pradesh, they changed my plan to postpaid from prepaid without any kind of request by me which finally resulted in a charge of rupees 120. with reference to my complain on your site a call came from reliance.customer support executive misbehaved with me.i asked her to register complain then also she didn't registered complain. i request you to take strict action with reference to my request . yours faithfully kartik kumar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
