Reliance — unnecessary balance deduction | |||||
Sir my phone no. Is [protected] and currently i'm facing a problem o[censored]nnecessary balance deduction without any notice or without the activation of any vas packs. It is reducing rs.3 everyday from my reliance account since i recharged last time, i did'nt complained that time hoping it will stop on its own. But now i am facing the same problem. I recharged on sep 2 it decuced rs.3 on 3 sep and today also. I don't want any refund, all i want is just a permanent solution from this nuisance. And i don't want any such thing tomorrow onwards. I have recharged my number of Rs. 70 on 15th of August 2017 in which RCOM has offered to its customers 1GB 2G Data per days for 365 days. And I don’t have any VAS Pack activated in my number ([protected])
· By this scheme they have cheated their customers like me. Since 15th of August 2017 my account is continuously deducted by RCOM.
· I have lodge number of complaints by contacted them on their Customer Care Helpline Number which is paid. By this RCOM has earned a lot of money from their customers.
· If there is some technical issue from their end then they should rectify it but they have intentionally deducted some amount without informing to their customers.
It looks like a big fraud from the RCOM. First they are not ready to hear the customers’ issue. If they listen then they adopted some methods to refuse that the issue is from their end.
· Customer has to call on their so called helpline number for which customer has to pay his/her hard earned money.
· If somehow they convinced to lodge a complaint then again after few days they deduct the money without informing the customer.
· By this way, customers have no other option to follow the same process as they have adopted this malpractice.
Please probe it thoroughly as I am pretty sure by this unfair trade practice they have earned handsome illegal amount in their accounts.
