Reliance — Unnecessary charges

Dear Sir/ Madam There is an unauthorised deduction of Rs 12( Rs 3 four times) from my no [protected] for VAS service but I did not requested for any VAS service. I contacted customer care but they are helpless. Please refund my money. Regards, S.Singh
