[Resolved] Reliance — Unnecessary harassment and cheating | |||
Sir, I am surprised to know that a big company like reliance assumes that the customers as fools and tries to find out new new ways of cheating them. I am having a reliance (Smart) sim having number[protected]. I have not subscribed any sevices on this no. On 6th september 2014, i recharged my sim with rs. 120, on which i got rs. 120 as balance. After that, 2-3 days later reliance deducted rs. 3 as some ussd service and my balance reached to rs.117. Then i contacted the customer care which was of no use. Then again on 12 september 2014, time-12:02, reliance deducted rs. 3 as some ussd service and my balance reached to rs.113. Today i.E. On 15 september 2014, time-12:27, reliance again deducted rs. 3 as some ussd service and my balance reached to rs.110. After every two days reliance is deducting rs. 3 as some ussd service which i have not opted for. Is the customer fool to recharge and fill the balance in advance so that the company can easily deduct the amount and can enjoy...? I called up the customer care but they are also unable to solve this problem. Do the needfull and return my balance back immediately and also make sure this problem should not occur again.
