On my reliance no.[protected] unreasonable balance was deducted displaying following mag.

Amount Charged for VAS ShotFormatGSM Rs:24.00

When asked in customer service they told that you have activated above VAS on further inquiry they themselves don't know what it service does this VAS provide also they denied to refund
