Reliance — Unwanted Balance Deduction

Hi, I have Reliance GSM prepaid connection (No. [protected]) and I am getting charged for some VAS services which I do not ask or request to subscribe. I am trying to call customer care but could not reach a single time from past 2 days. Some VAS(Techzone) GSM and VAS(VideoStore) charged messages are received but I have not activated/requested anyone for the same. Also when i try to Deactive this services Using 155223 it says i have no VAS on my number and still they are deducting balance from my numberaccount .I request you to please deactivate such service and refund the deducted amount and any other amount if deducts during the conversation. I am/will not be liable to pay such unrequested service.Also, I get so many alerts the whole day. Please do not disturb with such alerts and deactivate the same as well.
