Reliance — Wifi still not activated

Dear sir i have bought wi fi data card on 09/10/15 Selva ([protected]). Ipaid Rs 1300 on spot he told me tomorrow on wards its will activeted but still onwards my wifi data card not working . my data card no is[protected]. but selva is not response to me and talking roughly and some bad words.pls take action with soon posible.
