Reliance — ZTE product damaged purchased on 19/10/2014

I have purchased the mobile on 19/10/2014.The product stopped working after 1 day.
I visited the showroom and that person said we need to go to service centre written in the manual.But the address written was wrong.Somehow i managed to visit the service centre.
After showing them the product, they denied to change the product and said this is the usual problem with the ZTE product and this keeps happening.And they gave me the phone saying that they have resolved the issue.
But still the phone is not working properly as expected.
I HOPE TO GET A GOOD RESPONSE SOON.
