[Resolved] Reliancecommunications — Not returning deposit

This is a complaint regarding my wipod from reliance communications. When i took the reliance wipod they ask me to pay a deposit of rs.1000/- which i paid. But when i cancelled the wipod they are not ready to repay the deposit amount even after showing the receipt. The staff at the store is not ready to respond about the money and they ask me to call the customer care and they are not even picking my call. My consumer no. [protected]. I need a return of my deposit as early as possible.

Updated by sajath One of your representative call me and enquired about the problem. But he is not willing to solve the problem and he said like he will contact me later but I didn't eecieve any more response from reliance.
Moreover they have send me one more bill for the month of august--September even after cancelling the device. Since reliance is not ready to solve my problem I wish to go on with the case to the court. Kindly help me to resolve this pathetic situation
