I was offerred a package by religare/1 touch solutions Private Limited wherein he had represented that i will get 7 days stay in next one year in any of their affiliated hotels. The sales man told me that i will have to just give my form in 1 month month advance with the destination i wanted to travel. However, now i realise that you need to provide three dates of travel, three different locations, etc. I tried to contact their office but no one picks the phone at their numbers. Further, when i contacted the salesman, he informed me that he has left the job and will not be able to help.

Now on reading the terms and conditions, i understand that i dont provide three locations, with three different travel dates, my form would be rejcted.

I want to travel to dubai on a particular date, but i cant submit the form since the same would be rejected.

These guys are cheaters who have cheated various customers with wrong representation while selling their product.

I would like to have a revert from their end and let me avail my holiday option.

Pursuant to my compliant they have just forwarded me the rules and regulations, without proivding with the clarifications on why they misrepresented while selling the package
Hi,

I have booked with booking id: [protected]. They promised me holidays for 4 but then gave only for 2 for treasure island lonavla. Just 2 days before the booking they say there is some problem in the resort and my booking cannot be processed.

Now they are not picking up the call nor giving call back on [protected] / [protected] and my booking is under threat. I request you to give us the refund.

    I have opened a demat account in Religare Securities for sharme trading at the time of the opening of account they told me they will charge 2 and 20 Paisa brokerage on on share trading after a year time they changed my plan without prior notice to 5 to 50 paisa , they are the biggest cheaters in the country , no body is listening about the general public why sebi is silent in these type of matters every body in this company is cheating and making money , i want sebi to look in this matter .

    One off your executive is contacting me and said sir deposit some more amount then we will change your brokerage slab, at the time of opening the demat account they told me the brokerage 2.5 paisa &25 paisa on delivery . and take the adanve brokerage for the same and told me this brokerage will remain same for you

        Sir,

        Here i would like to inform you that, i have not received
        Any services from sub borker ‘hi investment consultants’ of religare
        Ecurites pvt ltd other than submitting dmat form. Due to irritated
        Call received from religare customer care just after submission of
        Dmat form, i have decided to discontinue dmat a/c and have submitted
        Application for closing trading a/c on 05/03/11. Now they are charging
        Rs 500 for opening dmat form and will not close till payment is done.

        I wants to close and de-active the demat a/c.


        Please let me suggest what will be the job for a client is not
        Atisfied with the service from the broker and top of that charging
        Rs 500/-?

        In against of that i think i should charge rs10000 for harassment to
        Religare securities pvt ltd.

        I need your precious suggestion, please advice what i will do?

I have Follwed my case several times but nothing has happened. I had given the resignation on 22Dec20008 .Last time when i had contacted to Religare office Sec 125 Noida , they have said that all the F&F settlement will be sent from company side.but nothing has happened from last 29 months.

            Religare Securities Ltd — CREDIT NOT RECVIED IN A/C

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I m kulwant singh gadari. I have demat and trading a/c with religare securities ltd. I m give the cheque amounnt of 50000 rupees in faviour of religare securities ltd on 18/06/2009. this cheq r clear and amount is debit in his bank a/c. but religare said that the amount r not credit in religare a/c. then i all related cheque { satement of bank a/c} doucment deposit in religare branch in pachim vihar. but they r not respons me and does not credit me this amount on his a/c.so kindly request to u that please do that some step aganist this comlaint and help me refund this amount from religare securities ltd. I m writen that all cheque detail in following.

                The courier was sent before 30 days, Confirmed with the First Flight courier, that it was delivered on 21stMay-11, morning, with travel date starting from 20-Jun-11, which is a gap of 30 Days. The company is refusing to provide the same.

                    I have worked with Religare finvest till 14th june 2010 after that joined Metlife india insurance co. ltd. I had requested my pf to be transfer in metlife but till date it has not been transferred. Ms. Kakoli from religare was looking for this but since last 2 months she is not replying to my mails.where should I go for complain this.                       I have religare a/c no DD1583 for onlinetrading.I do trg from my own PC.One of the employ of religare trivandrum office Mr Sanjay has misused my A/c for brokerage.He has bought and sold shares from my ID without my knowledge to gain the brokerage.As I am Officer in IAF and keep on moving for duty here and there and I had left Trivandrum 1 1/2 year before but didi not change my A/c office as my move to the present location is also temporary.In the month of Jun,July 2010 I was very busy and could not monitor my A/c and also left the country for some purpose and could not even see my mobile messages as` my no [protected] was not in use.During this time lot of transactions were done from my A/c so that the brokerage can be obtained which a employ gets for Transactions.Mr Sanjay was warned to refrain from such activities and not to do the transactions in future as i can do this on line when ever i need.seeing this trend I retrieved 85000 from my a/c and got the money transfered back to my Icici a/c on 27th Nov 2010 leaving only one lakh in my religare a/c. But Mr Sanjay did not refrain from his activities and again did some transactions in my A/C without my orders and knowledge and in the bargain i approximately lost Rs one lakh.The same was informed to the head of Office Religare in Trivandrum branch but nothing has happened till date.In view of the above it is submitted that action may be initiated against the erring employ and manager of trivandrum Office and my hard earned Money of Rs 1 lakh may be returned to my a/c which your employ has misused for petty gains.Hoping for an early action from a reputed firm

                        I had an account with Religare Pune. Customer Representative Siddharth Doshi has lost more than 5L of my money within a span of 1 month. They do not have any advisory and they execute trades without any prior confirmation or intimation.
                        Now, the agent does not even answer phones. They have not bothered to send statements, even after making such huge losses, they do not have any damage control for customer

                        Do NOT invest with Religare. YOU ARE SURE TO LOSE MONEY

                        Well, same is also happened with me but as I have confirmed all trades hence responsibility is mine…Hope, similar thing happened with you guys…we can’t say trades executed without confirmation but yes, they need to work on advisory...
                        Got in touch with Religare complaints department.

                        They confirmed that dealers put in HUGE single orders eating up all margin.
                        They confirmed that dealers did not put in stop losses for derivatives
                        Accounts were ignored to the extent positions decayed till expiry date.

                        Solution offered by Religare: Sir, give us more funds, we will try to make profit - may be it will result in profit.

                        @Team Religare - You already changed dealers, I gave you more funds, lost that money again.
                        My friends and colleagues lost money on your count as well.

                        PEOPLE - AVOID RELIGARE AT ANY COST !!!

                        I will post updates if Religare actually has a Customer Focus and reverts back with something sensible.
                        Day 15 from lodging complaint with Religare Zonal Head - No further response from Religare. My advice - AVOID AVOID AVOID RELIGARE
                        Day 17 - no response from Religare - This is why - STAY AWAY - there is no concept of CUSTOMER CARE @ RELIGARE
                        Day 19 - Still no response Team Religare ... what kind of a team are you? Do you just surf the internet writing this?
                        Customer Care is not about surfing internet ... and in Financial Services credibility is what matters.

                        Do you have what it takes to give a credible solution?

                        1. your sub-standard calls

                        6. zero monitoring of account losses, transactions, stop losses put

                        Why should I put in more money to trust you? That is not even a solution - that is just a marketing gimmick that I fell for and lost money due to in the first place ... you have the audacity to put that forth as a solution!!!

                        Day 27 - The speedy Religare Team has still not come back with anything ...

                        First of all, they themselves do not have any process to monitor what is being done with the customer's money

                        3. Does anyone know how this can be highlighted at moneycontrol / Network 18?
                        Day 75 - People, Religare is banking on my losing hope and giving up on telling the truth about them to people.

                        Hi All,

                        Don't buy the Religare Health insurance. Initially they will explain the policy terms and conditions properly to customer, mostly they hide the policy terms which is benefitted to company.
                        For E.g.
                        1. Deductible amount of Rs. 10, 000/- per Policy year. - which should pay the customer when he claims the first time.
                        2. 20% Co-Payment for all claims made in non select network hospitals.

                        Above two policy terms not explained by sales executive before taking the insurance. Due to which we are loosing the amount.

                          After dozens of email exchanges with the idiotic team at Religare i am back at square one. No matter what you say - They just have a std reply "As per your request we would like to inform you that this offer is non transferable, non cancel able, non extend able and non refund able". I've tried explaining my situation in a thousand diff ways but they just have this std reply. The ridiculous part is that they made me pay the additional Rs750 too in order to just tell me that they can't help me !! Doesn't it feel painful when you've already been robbed of Rs 7000 & then you end up getting re-robbed of the remaining Rs 750 to top it ! It's like being shot dead the 1st time arnd & then again being shot at with more bullets even after being declared dead. I would like to formally register a case against the Religare team who do not care for their customers & are just out there to rob people out of their money.

                            Religare Securities and Religare Commodities Pune got in touch with me. The agent name was Siddharth assuring me that they would manage the portfolio etc, with prior confirmation calls etc.
                            There are no confirmation calls. there is nothing of the sort. I have lost more than 5L with them within a span of 1 month. DO NOT invest with Religare.
                            There are no reports, no welcome packs, and no consultation.

                            I hear that Siddharth has now moved on to Angel Broking. DO not believe in any person from Religare or Angel broking. You are bound to lose money. They are totally unprofessional. I am surprised Angel broking choose to hire such people .. just goes to show how serious they are about making money for their customers.

                            I agree with you . The team so called "[protected]@religareonline.com" is a perfect example of "[protected]@religareonline.com DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN DO. HELP LINE PEOPLE UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE HOW THE COMPLAINTS ARE HANDLED
                            "we care" team is expert in sending counter Missiles without using their Brain, unethical approach, and without properly analyzing the issues involved.
                            Not allowed to talk with any of the seniors is another example of non cooperation .
                            Till date my problem is not resolved.
                            Asking for Closer forms and are not sending me. It hardly takes One day to resolve this issue .
                            SHAME SHAME Religare Team . Sorry affair of we care team...
                            Have any excuse .
                            Why are you silent . [protected]@religareonline.com not responding to my e-mails .

                              Ms ritu shah came to our office and explained my father that religare has tied up with aviva life insurance and that she has a investment plan for us on the basis of the investment made already with aviva. I hold a policy in my name with aviva under the policy number llg 1208560. This is a unit linked life long policy. The annual premium is rs 50, 000/- paid half yearly.
                              The value of the policy in november 2010 was 2, 88, 000/- (Approx). My father was explained that since the start of the policy the returns have been very low and that we can use the part of the paid policy money to invest in a new fund of aviva called the psu and infra fund.
                              She explained clearly that we will not be charged for any withdrawal of the money and we should stop paying the premium on the old policy. She said these words to me and my dad in person, with her collegue in presence.
                              In good faith and trust we decided to go for the part redemption and redeemed rs. 1, 00, 000/- from the old policy and gave her the cheque for the new policy under the policy # nls3052628.
                              Now i recd the statement from the aviva office and my fund value has been deducted of rs. 79, 645/- as the charge for paid up penalty. On calling them i got to know that the policy has gone into paid up mode and the penalty is applicable.
                              When confronted with the religare authorities they said they would rectify the same and have it resolved since it is aviva's mistake. After a week of correspondence on phone i called a few people from religare office and got to learn that this mistake is non rectifiabe. Either i have to pay the premium or my charges will not be reversed.
                              My dad and i feel very cheated and utterly lied to. This is not fair. They took commission from our switching the policy but are not ready to payup or rectify the premuim issue.

                                I had booked a package from Religare One Touch Solutions in the month of Oct 2010 for travelling at Munnar in the month of Jan 2011. As per their terms and conditons, I booked my tour before 3 Months from the date of my travel. But after sending 100 mails and calling them for not less than 100 times, they informed that Munnar is full for the month of Jan 11. And they assured me that they will book Ayur County at Munnar. But after some days they told that Ayur County is full and there is no availablity of single room in the hotel. Then I personally made a call to Ayur County without telling them that I have booked the package from Religare. Ayur County people gave me room for the same date I was demanding. So if Religare team is reading this complaint then please provide me the clarification of the complaint. Also inform me regarding last date of my package. I want to book my travel for the month of Sept 2011. Will they able to provide me the package. Or else they will provide another reason for not booking of my travel
                                Religaire one touch solution provided me a wonderful holiday to Treasure Island, Lonaval. It was a really very nice resort with 1000 sq. feet accomodation.

                                  Best to know about these big 3 maharathis of religare securities viz; Clive Dsouza, Dwarka and Vinod , is to get fedback from other BDRs Sharad Morbia and Vijay Joshi and few more, who left Religare because of Clive Dsouza, Dwarka and Vinod and have tied up somewhere else. Religare has not only lost business but also their goodwill and credibility because of Clive Dsouza, Dwarka and Vinod. I think management is also happy having these 3 .....hope u can read between the lines

                                    I have taken BDR with Religare Securities Ltd , Bandra West Branch, as I am located at Dadar for convenience and prompt service, where Mr Clive Dsouza was branch manager, and Dwarka and Vinod Mahadik were dealers, Subsequently dealers were moved nariman point but without my clients and my intimation , we were also moved to Nariman Point. That means if they are moved to panvel, even we have to go there without our intimation. Clive was also moved to Andheri. I requested several times to get me back to bandra. Nobody in management is bothered, I think either Religare should shut down such inefficient business or keep professional and responsible branch managers. I think even dealers should be taught how to take customer care, as dwarka has been selling stocks lying in pool without customers intimation and confirmation. There is no ethics as vinod started approaching my investors directly I think there is ab big goo[censored]p, and Clive, Dwarka and Vinod Mahadik should be answerable for this. Earlier also I had launched a complaint, but its not working , nobody is bothered. all my accounts are stayed unoperated, senior management is not taking any action. They are running for new BDRs & new client base as old ones have already suffered, they are hunting for new scape goats. They will get it as mumbai is densely populated and these employees will be promoted. This is how Religare Securities Ltd is growing

                                      Mr Deepak Singh and his senior Mr Saurabh of Religare Finvest Limited,(1/7 East Patel Nagar,New Delhi-110008.Ph:[protected],[protected]) opened three SIP(Systemic investment plan)for my wife in three different Mutual Funds but filled the wrong nominee name in all three of them.Now they refuse to acknowledge my repeated requests for rectifying this error and even refuse to pick up my phone for the last 2-3 months.

                                      Religare — Wrong Information

                                      I am register this company profile as Client, this company sales person (Mr. Vishnu) get the wrong information and the open my D-Met account, This company manager (Mr. Prasant) is not help me. I am call this person every time but this person not help me any query. always say he i am call you back within in 5 minuts
                                      Yeah this is true I am also facing the same issue. . Already lodged 4 complaints in the Religare customer care but of no use. Planning to move to consumer forums. Any suggestion are welcome please call me at [protected]
