I have admitted in hospital for typhoid for two days in medstar hospital please help to claim the reimbursement my pre authorisation request nocwi[protected] dt 02.08.2017
Due to dealy i paid the cash &settlement and discharged from hospital

I have forward the original bills to company also for reimbursement but till now my claim was pending

Please help us to get reselvoed
