Remi Group — i am complaining about the poor service for remi fans

I have purchased remi wall fan 6 months ago dated 11 october 2019.
Fan had stopped in april 2020. I chose not to complain due to lockdown keeping in mind the unavailability of the technicians after lockdown ended tried calling remi but no one is answered the call for a few days. Dropped in emails twice, but not response. Finally someone received the call from remi assured me of service in 2-3 days. After a week of no service i called up again only to know from the person that he is the security guard and none of the technicians are available. Such a big company giving such pathetic excuses. Disgraceful service from remi.
