No proper response from the workers to us, and also not even bothering about the urgency and the importance of our mobile phone requirement . Always neglecting our issues, Please kindly take an immediate action on employees. This is the worst service center and company we have come across. We are Mumbai based and bought a Cabin fan last year, which is in warranty. We are constantly trying to reach for service there is no one to assist. Even if the fan is in warranty they are asking for charges. Would never recommend anyone to buy Remi fans. Crompton is far better and their services are way too good.
