We are very thankful to you for your e-mail enclosing consumer complaints of Remi fans.
REMI Fans are sold and serviced by Remi Sales & Engineering Ltd., on whose letterhead we are replying to you through its branches located at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Indore, Kanpur, Kochi, Nagpur & New Delhi. All our fans are warranted as per Warranty Card, and we are selling more than 200000 fans per year and our Service Centers of branches servicing fans in manufacturing warranty period.
You have given us following complainant’s name & address:

Addresss: Parameshwar nagar, surathkal, Mangalore 575014.
Has he made complaint as per our Guarantee Card to the dealer whom he purchased or our branch’s address? According to us, our Bengaluru branch located at No.8/1, 3rd Cross, Shamanna Garden, Adugodi Post, Bengaluru-560030, Tel: [protected], Email: [protected]@remigroup.com have not received any complaint from Mr. Ashok Rao nor our Service Representative staying in Udupi and visiting Mangalore and surrounding areas for servicing in manufacturing warranty period have received his complaint.
In above circumstances, such complaint for which consumer does not contact us will remain unattended, and instead of approaching us, the user is contacting you. We submit that consumer after contacting us, if does not get service as per manufacturing warranty card should approach you.
