Remi Group — Wall Fan Purchase in September 2020, creating lot of noise

I have purchase Wall Fan of Remi on September 2020 and I have warranty card. The fan creating lot of sound while running and when I went to shop for this, they said to complaint directly to Remi. Till today trying to contact Remi Company for this, but no one is answering the call.
