I have been using different remit instititutions since 2 years now for transferring money from usa to india. I tried to use this for the 1st time. It has been 4 weeks and my money is stuck!! They debited from my usa account and nevar credited to my indian bank account. They are giving excuses of verification and now asking my passport details. I have been verified over phone in usa and india now for atleast 3 times in 4 weeks. No company needs passport details for transferring money which they have already debited!! I asked them to refund it back to my usa bank account, they are not doing that also. This is pathetic. Looks like they make investments with peoples'currency by giving excuses for so many weeks and doing all sort o[censored]seless calls. Was this information helpful? | |||||
