It is brought to your kind notice that i booked one ranault kwid in the first week of december 2017. While booking, i very specifically demanded for registration of the vehicle in 2018 and requested to deliver the vehicle accordingly, which was agreed by the sales executive. The vehicle was delivered on 8th december 2017. I was told that the vehicle has been provided with a temporary registration for one month.

Sir, i had the impression that the new registration can be obtained by 7th january 2018, i. E. One month from the date of delivery. However, on 02.01.2018 i have been informed that temporary registration will be lapsed on 02.01.2018 as the same was obtained from 04.12.2017, i. E. 4 days prior to delivery of the vehicle. Since 2nd january 2018 was holiday on account of mannam jayanthi, i could not apply for new registration on that day. Subsequently i have applied for registration on 03.01.2018 by paying a penalty/late fee of rs. 2500/-. This happened due to sheer negligence on the part of your sales executive, who has hidden the actual facts from me, perhaps to meet his target, although i was specific for the vehicle registration in 2018.

Further, before purchase i was offered to provide cleaning kit (Costing approx. Rs. 4500/-) free of cost. But till date the same has not been provided inspite of repeated reminders by me.

Due to above acts of your sales executive, i am very much disappointed and had to incur a loss of rs 7000/- (Rs. 2500 + rs. 4500) in addition to mental tension. I have never expected such kind of attitude from a company like yours.

It is, therefore, requested to arrange to refund/compensate me rs. 7000/- at the earliest possible.in this respect telephonic discussion undersigned had with you may kindly be referred to.

An early action is solicited.

I am using Renault Kwid from two and half years. The silencer of the Kwid is faulty making noise every time. At the time servicing they repaired it but after some time started knocking and yesterday it broke down. I need it to be replaced in warranty. As it seems to be manufacturing defect. The device centre is refusing for it.
