I would like to bring Your kind attention and expected an immediate solution for the below mentioned grievances,

In January 2019 two times they deducted car loan amount from my loan account on 03/01/2019 Rs 7160 and 09/01/2019 RS 7160 respectively .Kindly look in to the matter very seriously and please provide me the details how two times loan deduction happens in a month, also please take immediate action to reverse the second unauthorized deduction amount Rs 7160 .

We approach the bank but they told its happens from your end and they could not do anything
