The car kwid up14cw 8717, under question has arrived to day, after 13
Days, but with great disappointment it is to mention that they did not
Attend the complaint completely and have done the job of diggi alone
While the scratches in the front and a very minor dent there, remains
At its' place. All these complaints were mentioned in the original
Report and the work shop manager mr. Deepak, himself had said that
All these points shall be attended
Besides they have raised a bill of rs-3320/ to be paid by me. It is
Not clear, how it has been worked out in place of the mandatory 1000/
For the insurance claim. Whereas, they might have claimed from the
Reliance genaral insurance.co: in addition, the details of which have
Not been furnished to me, although i had asked for.
However the car has been returned to the workshop and i remain in the
Ame state of deprivation with the obvious discomforts to me on this
Account.
I hope your good self would take pains to intervene and advise the
Concerned people for a very prompt redress.
