The service you are supposed to provide to a customer is ridiculous. I had requested for a relocation service of my products on 25th of September and have requested you guys to make the relocation as soon as possible as I will be travelling out of town.
The same was conveyed to you before 10days.
But you guys are so negligence and you customer service being horrible, I am receiving calls of relocation after a month!
Can you first explain this kind of service?
When I tried contacting you guys for relocation multiple times you didn’t bother to respond. Why should I continue the rental service with your company?
