I ordered a few items from rentickle. They asked for documents to upload and uploaded all the documents. They asked to pay deposit and rent in advance and i did. All this was done 22nd feb but my order is still not processed. I tried to reach out to them through phone calls, emails, and chat box but nothing works. No one ever picks up the call in customer service. They never reply to your emails and chat box person will always say they have created a ticket and some one will contact in 24 hours. No one ever calls back. Its been so many days and nobody contacted me. Look like its a fake company.
I was looking to get the items quickly as i was relocated to a new place and ordered in a hurry now i regret my decision. Pathetic service.

I used the products for a year and returned all of them and left the premise .
It’s been a year since they have been cutting Rs 756 from my account every 2 3 months in the name of some order is pending .
I have written to them atleast 5 6 times with the proof of the order summary duly signed by me and ticked by the pick up agent that I have returned all the products .
They are a scam and I will make sure I take them to consumer court for this .
