I booked a refrigerator on rent via Rentickle on March 7, 2021 and it was delivered on March 11, 2021 with order id:[protected].They also asked to pay 4 months rent in advance, which I've paid.I started facing issue within 2-3 months o[censored]sage and when I contacted them to get the issue resolved they are just saying that escalation team will contact you.It has already been 3 days since I reported the issue and no one has contacted me until now.Pls look into the issue and help me get my refund or pls tell them to get my issue resolved at earliest.
