I placed an order for an alfa bookshelf and a molfino 2 seater sofa + 1 + 1 seaters which is still to reach my home after 10 days and no intimation regarding the delivery in bengaluru where i live. Along with that i added a 4 seater dining set which came within 2 days of payment (I paid for all the above for 1+ 5 months in advance). The delivery department staff ganesh and nanda sent a set without checking or getting it cleaned as was promised in the website. The set was damaged and taken from a client directly and dumped in my house. The upholstery was different in one chair! Chairs were shaking and i can't sit. I kept calling the senior manager in gurugram who seems helpless in handling the staff in bengaluru. The bengaluru delivery dept phone is switched off. I am so helpless as only computer generated messages come as replies to my requests to care & support team of rentickle. I even requested my money back and no reply to that. I sent them the pictures of the damages and despite requesting, the dining set was delivered at 10 p. M. How unethical can a company be? Is there no solution to my misery? I want a replacement of the dining set and the order to be completed with the other furniture which is not delivered. Or please refund all my money. Was this information helpful? |
