Hi team,
This to bring you notice that I have booked few orders from Rentickle over renting furniture for my Aprtment. Out my 4 order, 1 order ECS was declined by bank per Rentickle. And for that order I have already made a payment in advance for 6 months. Now they have not reached out to me over the failed ECS thing but instead harassing me and it’s real mental trouble. Due to Covid-19 I am out of town now and I have only request for advance payment for next 6 months but they insisted on paying the full rental till 2022. My question is why they have not asked me or called before hand? Why on earth with such notice they pressuring me to submit the such hefty amount? Is this how the customer service or they running their business?
Would request to look into this matter urgently.
