Rentomojo — Worst place to rent a furniture from and zero customer satisfaction

I ordered there study essentials package 5 days ago online for one year and paid the complete deposit and one month rent. After that i submitted my documents that were asked for on the portal. After waiting for two days i give a call to them asking for status, then they ask for my office employee number and not my card so i wrote that too under my company name. Again i wait for a day and give them a call on second day and to my surprise i get to hear that they had asked for my id card. i asked them if my aadhar card, rental agreement, and pan card is not good enough to verify my credentials and atleast move the order forward then let me know how i can cancel my order. in reply he suggested that i write a mail to [protected]@rentomojo.com for cancellation. I still felt of moving forward so i uploaded my office id card and after few hours the status of my document changes to verified.Now from that day it was showing verified so i called them today "[protected]" about the delivery of my order, and to my amazement the girl said "Sir your order was cancelled two days back" .
I asked her as to i did not recieve any mail or call or any kind of written thing regarding my order so she said you will get it.Im not sure now what to expect from rentomojo or team regarding the money that i have already given and about my documents that i uploaded. They have zero sense as to how to handle a customer and how to resolve the issues that are there within their company.
Im now regretting my thought of renting furniture from rentomojo. "WORST EXPERIENCE EVER". Be careful when you order stuff from there site.
