Hi team I have account in axis bank in noida sector 16 and i have done a transaction on 17 oct for 578.28rs to uber, uber were saying that they did not receive the payment. However amount has been deducted and never refund. I have been to my nearest branch and write application on 29 march even i have raised a call complain in dec 2017. I never got a positive response from bank. I have called many times they were saying no complain found.
