I gave an idbi bank's cheque no 114200 dt 31.01.2020 of rs 17, 200/= infavour of mahila mandal, renukoot.
They submitted the same in uco bank, renukoot on 03.02.2020.
As per uco bank, renukoot they sent the same to idbi bank, renukoot on 04.02.2020 for clearance.
I maintained an amount more than rs 38, 000/= in my idbi account till 08.02.2020 (Saturday). But bank not debited the rs 17, 200/= from my account till 08.02.2020.
But i received a message on 10.02.2020 that rs 590/= debited by bank as penalty under insufficient amount.
The staff of idbi bank, renukoot is not ready to inform me that why they delayed 05 days to debit the amount and / or when they received the request from uco bank renukoot.
Please arrange to take necessary action on concern staff and refund rs 590/= in my account.
