An envelope containing important documents was couriered on june 07, 2019 from faridabad in haryana to kishangarh in rajasthan, a distance of app. 360 kns. The packet was ready for delivery on june, 2016 in the morning but was not delivered. Daily updates on their site showed incorrect address, landmark required and delivery attempted. This continued for six days. Their website did not contain any contact numbers. With great difficulties, the customer care centre was approached and after umpteen request to them, the delivery was effected on june 15, 2019 in the evening. The address on the envelope was most clear, most complete and most correct and landmark was clearly mentioned. It was most complete and impeccable. Even then due to casual, insensitive and unprofessional attitude, it was held back for six days without any reason and flimsy, concocted, fabricated and untenable reasons displayed on the web site. This boundary provides the worst service in india. The staff is apt in posting ugly big white lies. There is no accountability left from top to bottom. Utter lack of professionalism, insensitive, take the customers for granted. I recommend all the gullible public to avoid sending their consignment through blue darr ever if they agree to deliver for free. Overall, most pathetic, insensitive, callous and deplorable service. Shameful, no business ethics.
Reserve Bank of India [RBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by ravipvupta THIS COMPLAINT WAS MADE BY ME AGAINST BLUEDART COMPANY AND YOU HAVE UNWITTINGLY FORWRDED IT TO RESERVE BANK OF INDIA WHICH IS NOT CONCERNED. PLEASE IMMEDIATELY WITHDRAW THE COMPLAINT FROM RBI AND REDIRECT IT TO BLUEDART.

but I am not getting some channels like star maa, zee telugu . . etc . So, can please cheak my channels and activate it . I hope you can do it
