Yesterday i logged a complaint regarding my fund and today in the morning a phone call came frm a person named rahul sharma saying tht he is a officer regarding this issue and he told me to deposit 14400 in my account regarding 149000 and gave assurity abt my transcation and asked my debit card detail and thenafter he debited 5000 frm my account and said me tht the amt is on hold for remaining transcation and thenafter all the numbers frm which they contacted r going switched off so pls i want to knw wht is going on and why people r fooling genuine person my friend send the money to me for my problem but it is till now not reached me and for tht payment i have already deposited 80000 so please help me regarding this phone numbers are [protected], [protected]

My complaint is urgent nobody has responded till yet and all the fake person are calling and there are group of people who r working in such scams pls go through with my complaint bcoz i have already lost so much of money and i want my money back which is deposited in my account

    My name is monika sharma i have got the email from reserve bank of [protected]@gmail.com on 9th july that there is a amount which is going to transfer in my account which my friend has sent to me for my financial help and for that i have to pay 80000 rupees for otp generation and on 18th july i paid 80000 in account which they send me on my email and on friday bcoz of slow server they not gave me the otp but on saturday 20 july they gave me the link rbi online service.com and i submitted all the information on tht link and after otp was generated and then they asked me to pay 149000 for the bac pin now i want to know that this email is true or not because i want to be sure before paying this amount because already i'm in a financial crisis and i have the account number detail where i have deposited the money

      I am a victim of hacking of my SBI ATM card and Withdrawal of 34000/ from my account, i have compaint SBI bank of my branch, sbi cms, RBI but no one taking action.

        I have taken loan on two wheeler bike in indusind bank by giving andhra bank cheques but my cheque was bounced due to account freeze but my banker is not charged any amount for that transaction and same the indusind bank charged me the bounce charges can i pay charges r not plz give me confirmation. So i went to bankers for so many times and submitted my statement but no use and finally they repossed my bike and sold out with notice and dint get any excess amount also. So kindly look out this it is useful to me

            I have posted an advertisement in olx two days back. I have received call from [protected] on 30th July, 2019 at morning. He asked me my google pay Id for deposit money for that things for OLX. I have shared just my Google Pay account Id. I have clicked on a link. My amount has been deducted from my account two times. One time - Rs. 2189/ 2nd time Rs. 201/. Total amount Rs. 2390/. I have not shared any otp or pin. This is cyber crime. This is the fault of RBI. Please look into this issue. I want my money back.               This regards to to service request number[protected] raised by me to rbl bank.

              See the below description
              While paying the credit card bill of rs 11500 my cousin has accidentally paid 115000 (Added 0). This has happened on july 10th. I have been following up on this from almost 20 days so far resolution. I really don't don't appreciate such a pathetic service. It's not small amount we have other commitments too.

              I have spoke to plenty of executives from customers care/service. Everybody has giving falls hopes or commitments. Still i didn't receive any updates on my extra amount that i paid. Now just wanted to check with you guys if can take this and help me

                An envelope containing important documents was couriered on june 07, 2019 from faridabad in haryana to kishangarh in rajasthan, a distance of app. 360 kns. The packet was ready for delivery on june, 2016 in the morning but was not delivered. Daily updates on their site showed incorrect address, landmark required and delivery attempted. This continued for six days. Their website did not contain any contact numbers. With great difficulties, the customer care centre was approached and after umpteen request to them, the delivery was effected on june 15, 2019 in the evening. The address on the envelope was most clear, most complete and most correct and landmark was clearly mentioned. It was most complete and impeccable. Even then due to casual, insensitive and unprofessional attitude, it was held back for six days without any reason and flimsy, concocted, fabricated and untenable reasons displayed on the web site. This boundary provides the worst service in india. The staff is apt in posting ugly big white lies. There is no accountability left from top to bottom. Utter lack of professionalism, insensitive, take the customers for granted. I recommend all the gullible public to avoid sending their consignment through blue darr ever if they agree to deliver for free. Overall, most pathetic, insensitive, callous and deplorable service. Shameful, no business ethics.

                THIS COMPLAINT WAS MADE BY ME AGAINST BLUEDART COMPANY AND YOU HAVE UNWITTINGLY FORWRDED IT TO RESERVE BANK OF INDIA WHICH IS NOT CONCERNED. PLEASE IMMEDIATELY WITHDRAW THE COMPLAINT FROM RBI AND REDIRECT IT TO BLUEDART.

And she wants to put it on my local account. And i gave my all the account details to the rbi's delhi branch. But now when i'm trying to transfer that money it asks for the cot password. Is it legal information or illegal information. Please help me to find out all this. And they are asking for cot number. By adding my username and password i gets login access and there i see that i've got the amount of 1million dollar from olivia williams but when i tried to withdrawal it. It asks for the cot number

                      Dear Sir,
                      This is to inform you that my name is Sudhangsu Maity, I have applied for BPCL SBI Credit card, when I have applied for the card the agent of SBI told me that the card will be 172000/- limit, but when I asked to the customer service of the SBI credit card the executive told me that the limit of the BPCL credit card will be 15000/- to 20000/- at that time I refuse the card and asked to the customer care executive not to deliver the card and cancel my credit card application. I have email to the [protected]@sbicard.com on 5th July 2019 for non receipt of the credit card, they replied me a mail on 6th July 2019 Interaction Id : 1-[protected] and reference number is[protected].
                      I have not received any credit card but on 21st July 2019 I have received a SMS from SBI credit card that Rs. 589.00 is outstanding on card no ending XXXXXXXX3045 is due on 23rd July 2019.
                      As I have not received the Credit Card then why I have to make payment against the card please clarify the matter and cancel the credit card application and card. I would request you to please look into matter on top priority basis.

                          Today morning i have got a call from mobile number ([protected]). He is asking me. Are you using any atm card?. I am saying yes. But who are you? He is told me. I m calling from rbi head office mumbai. Your atm card is lock. If you want to reopen this card than. Please give me some question answer. I m say yes. Then he is asking me about atm card information like. Card number, validity date, and bank name, cvv number. Etc. I know this is a fraud call. Please take legal action against them.

                              I had applied for pradhan mantri suraksha bima yojana (Pmsby) claim on 19/12/2017 to state bank of india mangol puri branch. But so far i have not received the claim, nor is the bank able to tell how long it will take. I have visiting bank almost monthly and talked to the concerned manager or employee in the bank, and they only say that we have forwarded the application higher authorities. and they told me that, when the claim credited to your account, you will know it yourself.
                              I am not able to get accidental claim paid since 2017. For this, i am visiting bank almost monthly. The bank manager always respond with same answer that your file is pushed to higher authorities.Â

                                      I have been Chited by Mr. Sameer Singh Head Customer Consumer Forum RBI New Delhi. He has Chited from me Rs.1, 34, 700 for transferred my Fund, which is under Custody of RBI. He has nothing has been send still to day. Now he has switch off the Mobile last 05 days, more over I have given Complain through Indian Consumer Forum on 19th July 19 but no reply has been given by Customer Consumer Forum RBI New Delhi. What I will do now ? I am an Retired Pensioner Sr. Citizen. [protected] Benoy Kumar Chattapadhyaya Pune Maharashtra.
                                      Reserve Bank of India [RBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
