RMCL is a Fraud Company run by Mitesh Anil Agarwal (Managing Director & Company CEO) It is a MLM Product company. RMCL designed an investment plan called GCM (Galaxy Club Member). Total investment Amount was above 2.4 Lakh Rupees. We invested 2, 45, 700/- In May 2018 for which we were supposed to get RMCL products + incentives of 19, 500/- Rs. (Nineteen thousand Five hundred Rupees) Per month for 24 Months. Also 5000 Rs. was to be given lifetime on Company's Global Turnover. charges of nearly 17% were also to be deducted including TDS however they have neither delivered the products, nor were ready to return the invested amount. The other returns/incentives was also not paidup . RMCL customer care, admin and other officials do not pick any calls for clarifications. Even TDS certificate has not been provided by the company inspite of multiple requests. We got sms from the company to contact RMCL Tax dept for TDS but nobody picks any call and no response is recieved. The company should be black listed on the stock exchange till all investors dues are paid off. Also the Income Tax dept should investigate where the Tax violations.

      I have send mail for refund my money what i have send to you rs.1, 34, 700. Now head consumer complain forum rbi send a reply mail that you have to send rs. 18, 200 for processing fees then you will get your deposited money. Why i should send processing money. I want to know, what is the policies of rbi to get my deposited amount and to get fund which is under custody of rbi? I can't believe mail, mail can be fraud. Please send all rbi official letters to me through post. It is instucted by cyber crime. Please intimate me other wise i am going to take legal action.         Sir money sended to wrong account number from google pay app amount was rs 32060. I was contacted google pay help line they told to me contact s. B. I bank but when contact sbi bank we cannot help in this matter contact google pay or bank ombudsman i contacted them they told to me contact rbi so this was whole process i was followed till now so finally i contacted you for your help to get back my amount as as possible.

            I have a current account with state bank of india, I booked online ticket of indigo, but on payment gateway the amount has not transferred to INB Interglobe Aviation Ltd but the amount of RS.11762/- dated 06th JUly 2019 with refno. [protected]IGAGNGWJG5 AND IT IS SHOWING IN MY BANK STATEMENT, I have been doing net banking THROUGH PERSONAL BANKING SERVICES but your customer care Of STATE BANK OF INDIA is saying that no record is showing both at corporate and customare care site.Kindly do the needful as i have called more than 15 times but my case hasn't been resolved by STATE BANK OF INDIA .I have requested for refund but my complaint has been ignored.

                  I transfer 79800 rs to this account than transaction code came in male than i process for transfer, transfer process seen succesfully but still not transfer in my account
                  After that another male came at 05/07/2019 that incom tax department keep your process on hold, you pay 99995 rs first so your amount 3461989 rs transfer in your account
                  Still i not pay for that so she tell me to pay 50000 rs for refluxion code, she told me after refluction code getting your amount seen in your account

                    Hi Team,

                    I have a credit card of SBI bank, I have requested bank to reverse the finance charge which has charged on my card, I saw the Bill for the month of June 2019 in which I can see the finance charge, my mother has been diagonosed with the cancer and it becomes very difficult for me to mange he treatment expences and in this situation SBI is charing me this finance charges, But then also I manged to pay 40000 on 21st of June, 2019.
                    I request RBI to please take a note of this and kindly help me to waiver the finance charge which has applied on my card by SBI.

I received a call from rbi that tells iam working in rbi u want to pay ₹25, 000 to change the currency of pounds to indian currency for that i want to pay ₹25, 000 it's true or fake please tell about it to me very fast it must be turning point to my studies so please sir

                        My money should be refunded immediately, which i have deposited in rbi (Consumer complain forum). More over one gentlemen has called me as well as send me a sms name mr. Barrstmark contact no - [protected] mail id [protected]@gmail.com on 04th july 2019 that i have to deposit rs.37, 550 for transferred my fund to my account immediately, which is under custody of rbi. All ready i have send rs. Rs. Rs.37, 550 on 26th jun 2019 and rs. Rs.97, 150 on 29th jun 2019 for transfer my fund as per send by mail mr. Sameer singh head consumer complain forum rbi n. Delhi, again he was asking rs. 1, 24, 300 for converted my savings account to current account. I don't send. How i will send? I am an retired pensioner sr citizen, all ready i have send them messages that i can't send any money, it is not possible. I asked them, please refund my money what ever i have deposited in your rbi.                             Hi sir/madam,

                            We have taken a home loan in dcb bank 5 years ago.. Loan account number hmhlrek00038256... (Rekurthi branch, karimnagar, telangana) we are paying the loan amount emi from past 5 years without any issues / bouncing. We are facing an big issues from the branch manager and he is saying that from past 4 years it is under pre-emi only and from past 6 month's only the actual emi has been started it seems he is saying.. The response from branch manager is not good and not explaining clearly what's happening and he's not providing the outstanding amount.. I request sir please take action on our issues sir we are paying emi from 50 months. It's not a joke sir 50 months.. Please respond back asap..

                            Upto 1 year there will be pre-emi after 1 year automatically actual emi as to start but they have not started till 4 years. Please look into it.

                              I have booked ola cab, tn 58 2520, s. Kumar is the driver's name, he cancelled my ride without intimation, i was on official call. His call was on wait. His no. Was busy when i tired, by the time, i received a sms that my ride was cancelled.
                              Now for next booking, i was asked to pay rs. 50/- cancellation charges
                              Without paying rs. 50/- i am unable to book my next ride.
                              Worst attitude of the driver, after calling bad response.

                              Since 2 to 3 months, the shopkeeper was refused to accept 1 rupee coin because of the retailer.They strictly do not accept any 1 rupee coin from shopkeepers for goods.
                              So please take strict actions on these issue.

                                    I got mail from shri sameer singh head customer complain dpt. Delhi i have to send rs. 37, 550 and rs.97, 150 for my fund transfer to my account. Both the amount i have been send, which account no they have been send to me. On 29th jun 19 again shri sameer singh has send that you fund we are trying to send your account but it is not going because your account is savings account so you have to send rs.1, 24, 300 for your account will be converted in current account. I am an retired pensioner sr. Citizen, i can't send this much huge amount. What is rbi doing with the middle class people? They are behind the money. My file no.                                     This is to bring your notice since 3 weeks i am facing problem regarding withdraw or transfer money through net banking, atm or any other mode. the sbi bank is also failed to resolve the issue . The limitation is yet not crossed but it shows it has been crossed.
