Hello Sir,

I would like to tell you that I have taken a loan from Dhani Loan and services limited which is number IPERDEL03249899.

I have already paid my EMI on dated 6th May 2021 but this company debit again my EMI on dated 10th May 2021 (statement attached).

We have sent a several email but they are responding back for my refund amount as I already shared statement to him at [protected]@dhani.com.

I also trying to reach their customer support representative but they are very unprofessional and not able to answered in proper way.

We need this amount asap as you know it's very tough time due to Covid-19 but I don't know why they are doing such thing to deduct amount in such way.

please register my complaint and do the needful work and kindly take an action so that I can get my amount.
