Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — Credit card issued by standard chartered bank

My credit card no [protected] issued by standard charterd bank was unused for more than one year and was having credit balance of Rs166.83 .one fine day bank debited my card amounting Rs.18633 towards ROYAL SUNDARM POLICY.WHICH I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED .After lot of calls and mail sent to head office, bank gave credit of policy amount via reply by head office dated 4/1/2012.( ref.no. 12/11/060946 ) surprisingly they gave credit of only partial amount towards late fees and interest .i received call from bank every 2/3 months.i refused to pay because it was not my fault . i went to see mumbai head office and explained the reason for non payment.with documents but still i gets calls from bank.and most important due to there mistake my CIDBI RATING HAS LOWERED. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL

[protected] to your branch in the name of Parkash Chandra Singh today check the pass book you have debit entry 50 Rupees per year due to ATM charges when we have not taken back ATM nor not received till now if you want ATM chagres then now do issue ATM Card immediately received of the letter otherwise debit entry credit my above account immediately otherwise complaint will be higher authority related bank,
