Respected sir, Ref : no. B-123 nri – cash department, rbi, mumbai. I was studying ms at usa, when demonitisation was announced. I came to india in january 2017 and deposited my childhood savings rs. 25000 sbns of old 500 and 1000, on 27.01.2017 for crediting to my nre savings bank a/c no.[protected] held in icici bank, navi mumbai – kamothe branch, ifsc code. Icic0001486, which is kyc compliant. However, the said amount is yet to be credited to my account. Humbly request you to advise me suitably. Looking forward for your reply and valuable advise. Purchased medicine from sevalaya medical centre tirupur payment swiping for uni debit card payment is debit from my account but customer side credited so please kindly refund the my money immediately.
