Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — Fraudulent transaction through UPI

Hi,

On 22 March, a person who claimed to be from Army ( mobile: [protected]) wanted to buy my PC listed on OLX. He someone duped me for Rs 5000. He sent me GPay link, which I accidentally clicked, and Rs 5000 were deducted from my account.
The screenshot showing transaction details is attached herein.

I requested CC AVenue and Kotak Mahindra Bank. to reverse this amount, but was not successful.

Please conduct investigation and try to reverse this payment.
