My account no is [protected], customer ID[protected], IFSC Code - ORBC0100785. ATM CARD NO - [protected] Sir, on 28.09.2020, i withdraw money as per our requirement from ATM of Bank of India Dumri through using my Debit Card. But I received Rs. 10, 000.00 + Rs. 10, 020.00 = Total Rs 20, 020.00 .after late updating my passbook due to CORONA, it is found that Rs. 40, 020.00 has been debited from my account while i have not received Rs. 20, 000.00. As per Passbook details, 28.09.2020 - CWDR/ MPZ03251 / 02 - 10, 000.00 59, 303.51 ( BALANCE ) NOT RECEIVED THIS AMOUNT 28.09.2020 - CWDR/ MPZ03251 / 02 - 10, 000.00 49, 303.51 NOT RECEIVED THIS AMOUNT 28.09.2020 - CWDR/CRA 9011/027 - 10, 000.00 39, 303.51 RECEIVED [ RECEIPT OF THIS AMOUNT RECEIVED BY ATM ] 28.09.2020 - CWDR / CRA 9011 / 027 - 10, 020.00 29, 283.51 RECEIVED [ RECEIPT OF THIS AMOUNT RECEIVED BY ATM ] Sir, On that day, I have received only Rs. 20, 000.00 while my account debited 40, 020.00. I have complaint to Bank by email / throgh letter but no response has been observed. only complain ticket has been provided through email. My account is in Ranchi but i am living at present Dumri ( Gumla ) & engaged as Teacher in Dumri. It was not possible to me to travel & lodge my complain with your Branch on time.
