I have made the payment to amazon. But the payment has been hard declined by amazon but my bank saying that they have successfully transferred the amount to amazon. And its over a month they haven't refunded me the amount.. I have made the transaction through upi... Phonepe app and phonepe people also saying they have refunded the amount and amzon saying payment has been hard declined but my bank is not accepting and they are not refunding me the amount..
