Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — How do we get the refund back when wrong transaction initiated through IMPS | |||||
Dear sir, recently i have made the wrong transaction through hdfc to axis bank account but transaction was successful money to credited to different account, But ifsc code and account holder name was not matched but still how come hdfc debited money and axis accepted i have tried to rise a complaint to hdfc customer care but they are given one confirmation mail and told me to to this in axis bank but they are not accepting mail confirmation they want a docent number from hdfc, but hdfc customer services are telling they dont have alternate process for raising a escalation, i request you to escalate this issue to concern team, because we are dreaming digital india concept but human errors are happen sometimes, we required a proper response from bank side..
