[Resolved] Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — icici bank atm amount the debited from the account but the customer has not get the money from the atm machine.

Problem: transactions by atm center (Icici bank atm) the amount is debited from the account but the customer has not get the money from the atm machine.
Expected:the customer wish to have the refund rs.6000/ as the problem since last 3 month.

On June 11, 2017, my debit card was lost, at the time o[censored]AI, I have an SBI Savings Account SE 40000 KI Tran. Ho GI was USI Din Chief SBI Epini Branch M written application, DIYA THA but the U.S. Application PR Abi vaccine has been a BHI Action NHI. So please help me. Thank You
