Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — in[protected] 29374 sgb 2020-21 series vi: sgb neither credited to my demat nor issued bond e-certificate to me

Dear sir/madam,
I had applied for the sovereign gold bond-2020-21 series vi on 04th sep, 2020 through hdfc bank who is my demat service provider as well.

I have just received the subscription confirmation receipt of the above sgb. But, so far, i have not received the e-certificate of the bond nor it has been credited to my demat account. I have also written to the rbi mail from which i received the subscription confirmation receipt. [[protected]@rbi.org.in] and to my hdfc dp help desk.

So, i do not understand what to do now?
