Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — refund amount dispute | |||
Dear sir, I have purchase a mobile from amazon on debit card emi on 06/11/2019. I cancelled my order same day but the bank has approved my loan of rs.29999/-and pay to amazon. When i placed my order thier are no sufficient balance in my account. My order has been cancelled so amazon refund this amount. The refund amount is not reflect in my account and bank debited rs.2717 as 1st emi. When i ask my home branch regarding this issue and provide him refund reference number in[protected]. They give me a letter. Copy of this letter is attached for your reference. Please do the needful. If you are not helped me i go to consumer court regarding this matter.
